Re: Tufin integration?

According to their docs (might be out of date (https://forum.tufin.com/support/kc/latest/index.htm?toc.htm?2486.htm), they publish/consume SOAP services to integrate with Remedy.

But...If they are looking for a Restful method...here are some options for you

I have developed a Restful Plugin that allows you to consume external Restful Services and utilize the data as if it was in Remedy directly.  The version published at the moment supports 'getting' information and utilizing it for search purposes.  A version that is complete on my workbench, but needs to be documented properly, and a few new features added also supports the complete CRUD suite allowing creation, update, and delete as well.

Another option is the Rest services offered at the below URL.  This connects to a 7.x or greater Remedy server and publishes the full CRUD suite of operations allowing other people to consume Remedy in a Restful manner.

So....between my plugin, and the other service available on Communities, you can publish and consume Rest services, or, utilizing the docs on their website, utilize SOAP Web Services....

Either way, the integration is possible with a bit of work.

Howdy all!

Interesting question that has been thrown my way - one of our departments is looking to integrate "Tufin SecureChange" to our current Remedy system (ARS7.6.04, in house developed incident and change management).

Information from the Tufin site seems a little "information light" in that it only states that it can integrate with Remedy systems via a RESTful API - which doesn't directly help, as it doesn't state version numbers anywhere.  And at least out of the box, ARS 7.6 doesn't support restful.

While I'm waiting for people to arrange a call to discuss this, sending this question out to the list - have any of you integrated any Remedy systems to this Tufin SecureChange suite?
