Thread-topic: Smart IT and Character Menus

Hi All

In the process of implementing ITSM 9 and Smart IT 1.5. In ITSM I have a character menu on a custom field in the Incident that I have successfully added to the Smart IT. In Smart IT the field is type ahead only (Start typing….). Is there a way to make it a drop down like it is in ITSM? Really don’t want have to use a selection field in place of the character field if it can be avoided.
