We are on remedy 8.1 version so I believe multi cloud option can't be applied so if possible please suggest on bidirectional integration for service requests in remedy & service now.

Use BMC Multi-Cloud Service Management (MCSM). MCSM supports bi-directional ticket synch use cases for other SD out of the box. Most of these components can be re-used for Service Now.
