Hi All,

It can handle. Due to performance benchmark, they already decided to keep it limited.

So we planning for an alternate solution. If someone already did this kind of integration please let me know.

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate remedy with other systems and we need to send our Workinfo including attachments, But our middleware is not able to support more than 2 MB through web service and we need to send more than that. It there any possibility to send attachments to MFT or FTP or any cloud storage and get the the URL path of that ?

Please let me know if someone already done this kind of integration .
